When K-pop girl group (G)I-dle headed out on the road this September, Eat to the Beat was there to make sure that the band was well catered for during the European leg of the tour which included seven sell out shows in London, Amsterdam, Paris, Belgium and Berlin.

Menus were designed to incorporate both Western and Asian dishes, with chefs carefully selected based on their ability to create amazing Asian flavours. Korean food was sourced locally in every town and as you would expect Kimchi was on the menu every day! It wasn’t all fine dining though as the girls in the band are particularly fond of cup noodles, and as their tour caterer of choice, who were we to refuse them….
