The Eat to the Beat team was proud to support the 50th anniversary of the O2 Silver Clef Awards, held at London’s iconic Royal Albert Hall on Thursday 9th July.
Celebrating five decades of outstanding music and fundraising, the landmark event brought together artists and leading figures from across the music industry in support of Nordoff and Robbins and its life-changing music therapy work.
We invited a number of key clients to join us for the special anniversary celebrations, which saw some of the biggest names in music recognised for their achievements and contribution to the industry.
This year’s award recipients included P!NK, Lily Allen, Sam Fender and David Gray, alongside James, Franz Ferdinand, Jessie J, Melanie C, JADE, Rachel Chinouriri, Ludovico Einaudi and Max Richter.
Behind the scenes, we provided backstage catering for the event, serving more than 250 meals to support the artists, crews and teams involved in delivering the awards.
For us, as a company with our roots firmly embedded in the music and live events industries, it was a privilege to play a part in such an important celebration while supporting a charity that harnesses the power of music to transform lives.
The event raised more than £780,000 and counting to help Nordoff and Robbins continue delivering vital music therapy services across the UK.
Congratulations to everyone involved in an incredible anniversary celebration – here’s to the next 50 years.
