Global Infusion Group are always looking for people to come and join our crew team. We use freelance crew in the following positions to make up our teams:
Responsible for the overall event on site, whether working on a kitchen truck for a TV shoot or for a music world tour. Our Leaders run their teams and liaise with our clients , as well as dealing with Health and Safety, food ordering and budgets.
We use all grade chefs to make up our teams whether you are starting out as a commis up to Head Chefs. We like our crew to have creative input in what they serve.
Front of House Team:
Front of house team are the face of Global Infusion Group out in the field. We are looking for enthusiastic hard working caterers who are proud to serve some of the best food and drink in this industry.
An essential part of any kitchen team, our porters help to prep food, make sure that everything is re-stocked and that clients eat their food with shiny polished cutlery and crockery.
We have a fleet of vehicles that are used on location. We need drivers for our fleet from Sprinters up to 18 tonnes.
